Orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day are shipped the same day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email from Agrowplow once your order is placed.
Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking information.
Collection / Shipping
Orders under 20kg can be delivered direct to the customer or have the option of in store collection from dealer. Orders over 20kg can only be delivered to the closest dealer for collection.
Customers must present photo identification at time of collecting parcel in store.
Estimated delivery and in store pick up dates / times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays. If your parcel has not arrived your local dealer will follow up the current status of your parcel.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
